We successfully executed the design and construction of two RCC silos, each measuring 45 meters in diameter and 15.5 meters in height, for BMM Cement Ltd, Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh, in collaboration with Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd (Hyderabad).
Scope of Work:

Design & Engineering: Developed structural designs considering heavy live loads, material pressures, and wind load factors in compliance with IS codes.

Construction: Employed advanced slipform shuttering and heavy-duty reinforcement systems for achieving accurate geometry and durability.

Material & Quality Control: Used high-grade concrete and continuous monitoring systems to ensure uniform compaction and structural strength.

Execution: Both silos were constructed simultaneously under strict safety and quality supervision to maintain consistency and precision.

Testing & Certification: Conducted all required testing, including NDT and load verification, ensuring the structures meet industrial operational standards.
