Project Overview:
This project was executed for Reliance Industries Limited at their world-renowned Jamnagar Refinery Complex (DTA-J3) — one of the largest and most advanced refineries in the world. The assignment, carried out for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, involved the design, fabrication, and erection of two industrial chimneys, each 117 meters in height.
The project required precision engineering and adherence to stringent safety and quality standards in line with refinery-grade industrial infrastructure. The chimneys were fabricated using high-strength steel plates, equipped with platforms, ladders, aviation warning systems, and lightning protection to ensure long-term operational reliability and compliance with environmental norms.
Despite the technical challenges associated with tall structures within a high-security refinery environment, the project was completed on schedule, demonstrating our capability to execute large-scale, high-risk industrial fabrication and erection works safely and efficiently.
