Project Overview:
This project was executed for UltraTech Cement Ltd at their Rawan Village plant in Chhattisgarh, one of the major production facilities of the company. The assignment, undertaken for Petron Civil Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, involved the design, fabrication, supply, and erection of major industrial structures — including a 140-meter-high chimney, a 27-meter diameter Silo (77.6 meters height), and a 12-meter diameter Silo (30.5 meters height).
The project demanded high precision engineering and stringent adherence to quality and safety standards. The chimney and silos were fabricated using heavy-duty steel plates with advanced welding and assembly techniques to ensure strength, stability, and longevity. Each structure was designed to meet specific process requirements of UltraTech Cement’s production facility, with special attention to wind load, seismic resistance, and operational safety.
