Constructed two 110-meter-tall RCC chimneys for BARC Tarapur, engineered for long-term performance, environmental safety compliance, and operational reliability in demanding conditions.

For the BARC facility in Tarapur, Maharashtra, we executed the construction of two precision-engineered RCC chimneys, each rising to 110 meters in height. These structures are designed to manage controlled and efficient emission discharge from a highly sensitive research and energy-generation environment.

We adopted advanced slipform construction technology to achieve excellent structural accuracy and superior verticality across the entire height of the chimneys. The work scope included foundation engineering, internal flue arrangements, multiple safety platforms, ladders, lightning protection, and seamless integration with plant operational systems.

Delivering this project demanded strict adherence to government safety protocols, quality standards, and inspection requirements associated with critical national infrastructure.
