Constructed two 145-meter tall RCC chimneys at Shirpur Power Plant, Dhule, ensuring durability, high structural stability, and compliance with environmental performance standards.
At Shirpur Power Plant in Dhule, Maharashtra, we executed the construction of two monumental RCC chimneys each standing 145 meters tall with a 14.9-meter base diameter.
These chimneys were designed to support high-capacity flue gas extraction systems essential for thermal power generation. Advanced slipform construction techniques were deployed to ensure seamless vertical rise, excellent surface finish, and enhanced structural integrity.
Our engineering scope included strong reinforced foundations, internal flue systems, service platforms, and lightning protection systems, all built under rigorous safety supervision. The project highlights our capability to deliver tall and complex industrial structures while maintaining precision and durability.
